We have two friendly dogs and whilst the cottage and cottage deck are completely off limits to them, they have free run of the garden and rest of the property. Please only book to stay with us if are relaxed with dogs.

Please note : there is one queen bed and a single bed sofa in the living room for a maximum of 3 adults only. We have a minimum stay of two nights. We reserve the right to postpone any reservations that occur during severe and catastrophic fire conditions. Please refer to the Rural Fire Service website that covers Berry Mountain, Bellawogarah 2535 and Hazards Near Me app. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

100% refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival.

50% refund will be given to cancellations within 14 days and 72 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date are non-refundable and must be paid in full.
